On Sunday, February 7, we filed a federal voting rights lawsuit accusing Worcester’s school committee elections system of discrimination against communities of color. We did not do this herculain task alone, but in solidarity with the Worcester branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Color People and a coalition of Black and Hispanic/Latino/a residents of Worcester.
